This RollsRite bicycle, new or used, is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty covers parts and labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of warranted parts and is in addition to Factory Warrantys.
Time Period
Warranty coverage on the bicycle frame and components is for one year on new and rebuilt bikes and 6 months on used bikes, while owned by the original purchaser. Warranty coverage of front suspension forks, rear shocks and suspension components will be covered by the warranty stated by their original manufacturers.
This warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear
Tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, paint or accessories.
Any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, failure to follow instructions or warnings in owners manual.
Neglect includes lack of proper cleaning and lubrication, storing the bicycle outdoors and lack of proper maintenance.
Any damage, failure or loss caused by use of this bicycle for stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which it was not designed. Bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seat posts or wheel rims can be a sign of misuse or abuse.
Cost of shipment or transportation to or from RollsRite Bicycles.
Limitations
Proof of purchase from RollsRite Bicycles is required for warranty replacement or repair.
The foregoing warranties are in lieu of and exclude all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose.
RollsRite shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with use of its bicycle products. RollsRite’s liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods not complying with this warranty or, at RollsRite’s election, to the repayment of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product in question.
Free Tune Ups
Purchase of a RollsRite bicycle includes free Tune Ups for 2 years from purchase date.
Failure to properly service the bicycle, especially during the intial break in period, will adversely affect it's performance and service life and can be construed as neglect, voiding this warranty.
Procedures
Warranty service will be performed by RollsRite. Transportation to and from RollsRite is the responsibility of the purchaser.
RollsRite will, at our discretion, repair or replace, without charge, any part found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, or, refund the purchase price.
If you elect to repair a defective product yourself or use the services of someone other than a RollsRite technician, or if you use a replacement part not supplied by RollsRite, we will not be liable for any damage, failure or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service or parts.
